We keep businesses running on Windows and Linux alike, day in and day out. Somewhere along the way we became builders too.

When the tool we needed didn't exist, or existed but treated our clients like they couldn't be trusted with the details, we built our own. This is where those tools live. None of it is packaged up to sell you. It's software we made to run your infrastructure better and to make our own work visible, and it's part of what you get when you work with us.

We build a lot of it the modern way now, with AI in the loop, the same shift we wrote about in custom software built with AI. The difference here is that these aren't demos. They're in production, doing real work on real fleets every day.

What we've built

Pseudopod — remote support you can watch

Every engineer session on your servers, recorded and replayable like a video, or watchable live while it happens. A lightweight agent that connects outward, so there's no open port waiting on the internet. The blind spot and the open door, both gone.

There's more in the pipeline: an AI troubleshooting companion grounded in your actual environment, living documentation that builds itself from the work we do, and a few things we're not ready to talk about yet. As they go live, they'll show up here.

Why we show you this

The software on this page exists to pull back the curtain: to record what we do, to prove it later, and to hand you a real account of your own environment you can actually see.

If any of it is useful to you, it comes with the service. If you just want to see how it works, ask.

See it running on your own infrastructure

Tell us what you're running and we'll show you these tools at work on your own servers.
