I've been in this business long enough to live through a few IT transformations. Over the last few weeks I've felt the next one land, and for the first time in a long while, I've been staying up late because I want to, not because something broke.

It started with a couple of AI tools and a session at an industry conference about where AI agents are transforming our field. Something clicked. Since then I've been designing, building, and shipping software I'd only ever sketched on whiteboards: systems I'd wanted for Amoeba for years but never had a realistic path to build.

What's already running

A few of these are in production right now, doing real work every day:

  • A centralized knowledge platform that pulls from our tickets, documents, meeting transcripts, and chat, then surfaces the patterns and ideas trending across our customer base. It's becoming the brain in the middle of our operations.
  • A marketing platform built the Amoeba way — prospecting, contact and campaign management, reusable templates, and delivery, all in one place.
  • A contract builder with reusable legal blocks and a built-in signing workflow, wired into our core systems, so we can pick a customer, terms, and services and have an agreement out the door in minutes.

That's the short list. There are eight more in the queue, including an AI troubleshooting console for our engineers.

Why this changes things for you, not just us

For most of my career, the tools we needed never quite fit, because they were built for everyone. A product that serves ten thousand businesses has to be generic. Yours has to fit you. Closing that gap used to mean expensive custom development or just living with the gap, so most of us lived with it. We bought another platform, sank a week into onboarding, got it most of the way integrated, and then real work pulled us away. A month later nobody was using it. (We're not unusual: studies keep finding that roughly half of the SaaS licenses companies pay for go unused.)

Then AI assistants got good enough to write real, working software alongside us. Not someday. Now. The math that never used to pencil out just changed.

So here's the offer

Somewhere in your business there's probably a piece of software you've always wished existed: the thing that would kill a recurring headache, or let you do something you can't today. The cost and complexity never made it worth it. That's the part that changed.

So I'll make it simple. Tell me the one system you wish you had, and we'll talk it through. Grab 20 minutes on my calendar whenever it's easy, or just reply and tell me. We can help you shape the idea, or build the whole thing start to finish, and then run it the same way we run everything else.

No more "someday." Let's build it.
