- Scheduled patch management. We'll keep all of your systems up to date and compliant with a custom patch management routine.
- Ad-hoc and scheduled maintenance jobs. Give our NOC instructions for a configuration job you need done. Maybe you don't have time to do it. Maybe you just don't want to be awake at 3 AM working on this. Maybe you're on vacation. Write a SOP or a MOP and set it in motion once or on a recurring schedule. We'll be your hands. We'll create a Slack channel for you for direct text to our NOC guys. You'll be able to give NOC instructions in real time to take care of a problem or configuration change.
- Systems and procedures documentation. We will thoroughly document all of your systems in our documentation platform: IT Glue. We'll extend access to your team. Here we'll keep all configurations and passwords encrypted, safe and sound. Documentation can be exported to a complete runbook on the fly.
- Vulnerability monitoring with scheduled perimeter scans. One of our security experts will analyze the reports on a scheduled basis and work with your team and our NOC to remediate vulnerabilities detected.
